Important Instructions for Applying Online for Diploma Engg. and Diploma Pharmacy Courses and their Categories

Read all the Instructions Carefully

1) There is no printed application form and applications for Diploma Engg. and Diploma Pharmacy Courses and their categories shall be invited Online only as per Key Dates.
2) Before applying Online, the candidate should read carefully Diploma Prospectus-2017 (which is available online).
3) For applying Online, uploading of candidate's latest coloured passport size Photo (30 KB) and Signature (20 KB) is compulsory. Improper photo or signature may lead to rejection of online application. For better visibilty, signature should be done by black ink pen.
4) Any incorrect information submitted by the candidate may lead to disqualification. Candidate should also verify his/her photo and signature before confirming the registration details.
5) Submission of duplicate application is not allowed. In case, if a candidate wants to correct/ update certain detail(s) submitted in his/ her online application form, same would be done upto the last date of verification of online application form by the verification team at the Designated Center (Govt. or Govt. Aided Polytechnic in the State) where the candidate reports for verification of marks of qualifying examination/ other particulars filled in online application form along with the required documents. Also, the candidate may contact HSTES for correction/ updation of certain detail(s) submitted in his/ her online application form during the specified period.
6) To fill-in the Online Application Form, Tab Key can be used to jump from one item to another. In the Application Form, items marked with * are compulsorily to be filled-in.
7) Process of Applying Online includes following 5 steps :
  Step I of V: Select Course for which you want to register.
  Step II of V: Fill-in your registration details.
  Step III of V: Confirm your filled-in registration details.
  Step IV of V:Fill up Marks/ Grades (whichever is applicable) of Qualifying Examination.
  Step V of V: Deposit Application Fee either Online (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking) or take printout of E-Challan for deposit in any branch of the designated bank.
8) On Successful submission of Online Application Form , Your Application Number will be flashed on the screen. The candidates should note down the Application Number as same will be required for future communication.
9) After submission of Online Application Form and deposit of Application Fee, the candidate shall report at the Selected Designated Center upto the last date along with original/ attested/ self attested copy of following documents for verification:
  I. Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination.
  II. Proof of Date of Birth if the same is not mentioned in Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination.
  III. Proof of Reserved Category (if any).
  IV. Relevant Certificate in case of HGST, KM, MAR, SDB & TFW Category.
  V. Proof of deposit of Application Fee.
  Inter-se-Merit/ Rank of only those candidates will be prepared who will get their application forms verified & confirmed from the selected Designated Centre.
10) The Verification Team at the concerned Designated Center shall check the relevant documents and accordingly shall verify the marks of qualifying examination/ other particulars of the candidate in Online Filled Application Form. After successful Verification & Confirmation of Online Filled Application Form, the Designated Center shall provide system generated Verification Report to the candidate duly signed by the committee and the candidate.
11) Online information submitted by a candidate shall be kept in records for all kind of verification and allotments.
12) The Candidate will not be informed about any activity by post. It is solely your responsibilty to check web site for all activites.
