HSTES is inviting printout of online submitted Application Form :
For TFW Category of Diploma (Engg.) Lateral Entry: At any of the Designated Centres.
For TFW Category in B.E./B.Tech.(Lateral Entry) & for Kashmiri Migrant category of B.E. /B.Tech (Lateral Entry): At HSTES Panchkula

You should verify your photo and signatures before confirming your registration details.
Admission in TFW category in Diploma(Engg.) Lateral Entry shall be based on merit / rank of DET(L)-2017. So candidates who have applied/appeared in DET(L)-2017 can only apply.
Candidates applying for TFW category in Diploma Engg. Lateral Entry shall report at any of the Designated Center (List at Appendix-II of Diploma Prospectus) and shall deposit the print out of Online Filled Application Form along with Income Certificate of Parents and Haryana Resident Certificate (in case candidate has not passed/ appeared in the qualifying examination from Haryana) for Verification of the application form.
Candidates applying for TFW Category in B.E./B.Tech.(Lateral Entry) and for Kashmiri Migrant category of B.E. /B.Tech (Lateral Entry) should take print out of Online Filled Application Form and should deposit the same at Haryana State Technical Education Society office, Bays 7-12, Panchkula upto the closing date along with relevant documents required and proof of deposit of application fee and counseling fees.
Non submission of required documents, fee slips OR any submission of incorrect information may lead to rejection of your application.
No registration will be allowed before or after stipulated registration dates.
After successful registration, you will not be allowed to change your registration details.

Online application form has following 3 steps :
Step I of III: Select course for which you want to register.
Step II of III: Fill-in your registration details.
Step III of III: Confirm your filled-in registration details.
On Successful registration,
Your Appllication Number
will be flashed with a option to print Application Form / Application Fee Deposition Slip.
Uploading of candidate's latest coloured passport size Photo and Signature of size up to 30 KB each during registration is compulsory.
Improper photo and signature may lead to rejection of your online application.
For better visibilty, your signature should be done by black ink pen.
Online information submitted by a candidate shall be kept in records for all kind of verification and allotments.
